ConvertFunnels sells digital products — specifically, sales funnel template packs — that are delivered electronically. All products are described on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the following:

• Personal License (packs priced below €129): You may use the templates in your own business only. You may not use them for client projects.
• Commercial License (packs priced at €129): You may use the templates for your own business and for projects on behalf of your clients. This does not grant resale rights.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or bundle our templates as your own product under any circumstances.
• You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original template designs.
• You may modify the templates for your own use. Modifications do not affect the restrictions above.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (euros) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card details.

5. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment is confirmed. Please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy for full details. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All template designs, written content, guides, and associated materials are the intellectual property of ConvertFunnels and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or conversion rates from the use of our templates. Results will vary depending on factors including your niche, offer, traffic, and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertFunnels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
